Sanjaya

INTRODUCTION :

Sanjaya is one of the characters in Mahabharata and he was a disciple of Rishi Veda Vyasa and served honestly in the court of the King Dhritarashtra. Sanjaya has got great spiritual powers through the blessings of his guru Sri Veda Vyasa, and he has got the divine vision of seeing the things happening even from distant places, and due to that, he narrated the Kurukshetra battle scenes to Dhritarashtra by sitting in the palace of Dhritarashtra at Hastinapur. He also learned all the Vedas and Hindu scriptures from his guru Veda Vyasa and was a master in all kinds of arts. He was good at riding chariot, and capable of driving it even to the divine worlds.

Sanjaya acts as a messenger between the Kauravas and Pandavas, and discussed with them about the Kurukshetra war, and he also tried his level best to convince king Dhristatashtra, to act in a righteous manner, and to stop the war between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. He was an ardent devotee of Lord Krishna, and seen his VISVAROOPA DARSHAN, original form of Lord Krishna, and received blessings from him.

He was a great man who possessed good qualities, and contains great wisdom, courage, boldness with good physical and mental energy. He followed the Dharmic path of Vidura, and also learned his teachings, which is known as “VIDURA NEEDI”, also known as the message of Vidura. 

It is believed that after his death, he had attained SALVATION, due to the grace of Lord Krishna.
